She's basically what happens when you stuff an elf into corporate hell, and she has to authorize killing people based on Crime Coefficient Index (CCI) scores to "prevent societal collapse" while trying not to lose her mind and stay professional.

Cleia's also trying to keep her dying grandmother alive with money she doesn't have, because healthcare costs more than a flying car. She's hyper-professional on the surface, but underneath she's just... breaking. Slowly. She knows the system she serves is fucked, but she also genuinely believes it's the only thing keeping the world from burning down again. I'm obsessed with this kind of "necessary evil" bullshit and I hope you are too!
